The Jamaica Union of Tavellers Association [J.U.T.A.] was formed in 1973 and has grown to six Chapters Island wide. JUTA Chapters serve the areas of Falmouth, Kingston, Lucea, Negril, Ocho Rios, and Port Antonio and operate the safest, most reliable, and affordable charter transportation services in Jamaica. Today, there are over 5,000 member Automobiles; Limousines; 15 Seater Mini Vans, Coasters, 35 Seater Coaches, and 45 Seater Coaches providing transportation services throughout all the Parishes of Jamaica.

Prior to the formation of JUTA there were hundreds of individual transportation operators providing transportation for the Jamaican tourist industry. The Jamaican Government recognized the great potential of the tourism industry and decided to reorganize the ground transportation industry. They encouraged the formation of one organization to represent the interests of all ground transportation operators. Thus, the Jamaica Union of Travellers Associations, or JUTA was founded. JUTA is currently Jamaica's Premier Transportation Association and the "Largest Ground Transportation Association in the English speaking Caribbean".

• American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA)
• Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC)
• Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA)
